Position Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Implementation Support Specialist to support the successful execution of multiple projects across our Atrium implementation initiatives including Atrium Admin, Meal Plan Portal, Mobile Credentials, and Card Production. This role will work closely with Project Managers (PMs), Subject Matter Experts (SMEs), and cross-functional teams to maintain project plans, track progress, manage communications, and support user acceptance testing (UAT).

Key Responsibilities

  • Launch and maintain project plans for initiatives for Atrium Products like Meal Plan Portal, Mobile, and Card Production.
  • Facilitate communications between internal teams, partners, and clients to keep everyone aligned and informed.
  • Support technical integrations by coordinating and tracking connection setups between Atrium products and partner solutions.
  • Support Subject Matter Experts by managing administrative tasks and following up on project action items.
  • Track and update the status of open tickets, cases, and tasks for weekly project reviews; maintain accurate change logs.
  • Draft UAT (User Acceptance Testing) scripts, help organize testing activities, and ensure feedback is captured.
  • Prepare client handoff documents that clearly summarize final project scope, deliverables, and any next steps.

Qualifications


Education & Experience

  • 2+ years of experience in project coordination, project support, or a similar role (preferably in technology, finance, or consulting industries).
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Self-starter with a proactive, problem-solving mindset.

Technical and Functional Skills

  • Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., ZOHO, Salesforce) for tracking cases, documentation, and client interactions.
  • Proficient in project management tools (e.g., ZOHO, Jira, Smartsheet, or similar platforms).
  • Understanding of software implementation processes, system compatibility requirements, and equipment integration.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively across diverse teams and stakeholders.
  • Strong communication skills, with experience in coordinating between technical teams, clients, and third-party vendors.
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to provide critical support across many projects simultaneously.

Success

  • Implementation Project Managers and SMEs will become more efficient in managing projects (e.g. potentially able to manage more projects)
