About Faith Hospice:
Since 1995, Faith Hospice has been providing comfort care to those with life-limiting illnesses or conditions as well as support to their families. Our doctors, nurses, social workers, chaplains, hospice aides, and volunteers serve patients in a variety of settings. Faith Hospice provides care "wherever our patient puts their head down to sleep at night," including patient homes, assisted living or skilled nursing facilities, and hospitals. We also provide end-of-life care at Trillium Woods, our beautiful hospice residence in Byron Center. Hospice nursing requires a special gift of caring for those patients and families at such a critical time. We understand that passion, and we seek to add more healthcare professionals to our team who share this passion as well!
