Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM (no weekends!)

What You’ll Do

As a key member of our team, the Financial Specialist supports our participants and their families or representatives with the paperwork for benefits such as Medicaid and Medicare, including new applications for food assistance, state of emergency, and redeterminations. This important team member is also responsible for determining and maintaining accurate financial files and calculating participant financial contributions.

 

 What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred
• Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in benefits coordination, financial eligiblility, healthcare administration, or related work experience
• Experience with Medicaid, Medicare, MDHHS, or other public assistance programs highly valued
• Have a passion for those whom we serve through this amazing program
