Job description
The Rules & Tournament Operations Intern supports ATP’s Rules, Officiating, and Standards & Best Practices teams while gaining exposure to court testing, officiating operations, data and awards reporting, tournament operations tracking, and standards documentation. The position is based out of the Atlantic Beach, Florida office and reports to the Senior Vice President, Rules & Competition.
Key Responsibilities- Assist with court quality initiatives, including data preparation and player evaluation materials
- Draft officiating expenses for the tournament and Accounting review
- Upload officiating evaluations and maintain data within the Officiating Portal
- Maintain CAPUA accounts, tournament data entries, and Officiating Detail Sheets
- Compile and maintain datasets for Tournament Awards, rule violations, and officiating reports (VRs, ELCLs, PMRs)
- Organize, track, and version competition, officiating, and standards documentation (contracts, SLAs, KPIs, technical specifications)
- Manage shared file repositories and officiating video archives
- Track tournament operational incidents and prepare summary reports
- Support standards and officiating initiatives through presentations, document comparisons, file organization, and general administrative support as needed
