Sales Manager(Onsite)

ATOZDEBUG is a fast-growing software development company. We’re looking for a motivated Sales Executive who can drive virtual sales and close deals through effective communication.
What You’ll Do:
- Handle inbound/outbound calls, emails, and messages
- Identify leads and build client relationships
- Present software solutions clearly and confidently
- Conduct virtual meetings via Zoom, Google Meet, etc.
- Follow up with prospects and convert them into customers
- Keep sales records updated in the CRM
- Meet monthly sales targets
What We’re Looking For:
- 1+ year of experience in inside sales or telecalling (preferred)
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to simplify and explain technical solutions
- Target-driven and self-motivated
- Comfortable with a fully virtual sales process
