About the role

Reporting to the Head of Social Value, you will make a positive impact in society by working with sales teams to create meaningful partnerships and programs. If you have passion for social issues, eagerness to learn, and want to contribute to projects that focus on improving social mobility, digital skills, and environmental sustainability, we would love to talk to you about this opportunity. You will be working closely with senior stakeholders, developing your career with role specific knowledge, and also a wide array of skills and experience in a large scale technology organisation and the positive changes it can deliver. We differ with many competitors as Social Value, from sales to delivery, all sits within one expert hub. Our team is dynamic, responding and upskilling according to constantly evolving best practice, client needs and partnerships identified. We are embedded in multiple clients, enabling deep insight into client social value preferences as well as varied work, client engagements and social value programme design/delivery. Working closely with sales teams to develop solutions that bring social value, especially for projects in public services, healthcare, utilities, and with environmentally-conscious clients. Research community and environmental needs to create unique and effective programs for our proposals. Write engaging proposals that clearly present our social value and digital solutions to potential clients. Build and maintain relationships with clients and partners to enhance our social impact efforts. Learn from our Social Value Sales Expert by shadowing them and starting with smaller projects, eventually helping with larger, must-win deals. Work with our sales and bid teams to keep track of ongoing projects and improve our sales strategies. Help promote our social impact partnerships and programs during the sales process. Plan and drive social impact initiatives, ensuring we meet deadlines for submitting proposals.
