WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING?

We are looking for a Hotel Consultant to provide expert guidance and strategic solutions to hotels looking to improve their operations, guest experience, and overall profitability. The ideal candidate will have deep industry knowledge, a strong analytical mindset, and the ability to develop and implement tailored strategies to enhance hotel performance.

• Analyze hotel operations, market positioning, and financial performance to identify areas for improvement.
• Develop strategies to optimize occupancy rates, revenue management, and cost control.
• Advise on guest experience enhancements, including service quality, amenities, and technology integration.
• Assist in branding, marketing, and digital presence, including website optimization and social media strategies.
• Recommend operational best practices in housekeeping, front desk management, and food & beverage services.
• Evaluate and implement revenue management tools, loyalty programs, and booking systems.
• Conduct competitive analysis and provide benchmarking insights.
• Support hotel owners and management in staff training and leadership development.
• Guide hotels through renovations, rebranding, or repositioning initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with hospitality regulations, safety protocols, and sustainability practices.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR?

• Proven experience in hotel consulting, hospitality management, or a similar advisory role.
• Strong understanding of revenue management, pricing strategies, and operational efficiency.
• Expertise in hospitality software (PMS, CRM, and revenue management systems).
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work with diverse hotel properties, from boutique hotels to large chains.
• Strong knowledge of industry trends, guest expectations, and emerging hospitality technologies.
• Experience with budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis in the hotel sector.
