ABOUT THE ROLE

We’re seeking a high-impact Executive in Residence (EIR) – Hospitality & Experiences to join our world-class advisory network. This equity-only role is ideal for a senior leader with deep hospitality experience who is passionate about shaping the future of local discovery, dining, and travel.

You’ll work alongside an elite group of executives from brands like Fairmont, Chipotle, Omnia Nightclub, Ruth’s Chris, and more—advising on strategy, partnerships, product-market fit, and category growth.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:

• Provide strategic insight into hospitality trends, customer behavior, and industry needs
• Advise on go-to-market strategies and product features that serve hospitality operators
• Open doors to potential partners and brands across dining, nightlife, and travel
• Support AtmosfyBiz by identifying and championing business use cases
• Be a visible ambassador of Atmosfy within the hospitality and experience ecosystem
• Collaborate quarterly with the broader advisory board to share feedback and strategic POVs

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR?

• 15+ years in the hospitality, travel, or dining industries (executive or founder experience preferred)
• Proven success in leading or advising well-known hospitality or experience-driven brands
• Strong network across hospitality, F&B, or travel operators
• Passion for local businesses and creating meaningful consumer experiences
• Comfortable working in a flexible, high-growth, startup environment
• Interest in platform innovation and the evolution of video, discovery, and social commerce
