ABOUT THE ROLE:

We're assembling a select group of experienced leaders to provide strategic guidance at the intersection of growth, capital, and market positioning. This advisory engagement is designed for individuals with a proven track record in scaling platforms, navigating complex capital landscapes, or shaping long-term company trajectories.

Advisors will offer perspective—not playbooks—and help influence high-leverage decisions as we expand into new markets, categories, and stages of scale.

ABOUT THE ADVISORY BOARD

• Commitment Time: Designed to be extremely lightweight and can be as little as 1-2 hours a month. The Senior Executives on our Advisory Board are all extremely busy, so we offer bespoke arrangements to ensure it aligns with your availability.
• Fully Remote: We're a remote-first company, allowing flexibility for our Employees, Consultants, and Advisors.
• Advisor Network: Our Advisory Board includes over 25 top executives in their field from companies like Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, YouTube, Pinterest, and others.
• Advisor Networking: We help facilitate networking across our Advisory Network, giving you the opportunity to connect with other industry leaders.

ABOUT THE ROLE

As a key member of the Atmosfy Advisory Board, the Advisor for Investor Networks & Growth Capital plays a pivotal role in shaping and executing the company’s capital formation strategy. This individual will support Atmosfy’s leadership in identifying, engaging, and activating high-leverage capital partners — including angel investors, venture funds, family offices, and strategic investors — to fuel the company’s growth trajectory.

This position is ideal for seasoned investors, operators, or ecosystem builders with deep connectivity across the capital landscape and a track record of advising or investing in high-growth technology companies.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR INSIGHT ON:

As part of Atmosfy’s Board of Advisors, the Investor Networks & Growth Capital Advisor serves a critical function in guiding and expanding the company’s strategic capital ecosystem — with a focus on cultivating long-term partnerships that unlock operational scale, market access, and brand amplification. This role is not centered on transactional fundraising, but rather on aligning with capital partners who offer meaningful leverage: customer reach, infrastructure, data access, or vertical expansion.

Atmosfy is scaling rapidly across multiple sectors — travel, dining, entertainment, and local discovery — and as we launch new strategic initiatives, we are formalizing an advisory function around capital-enabled partnerships that have become foundational to our business strategy.

Ideal Background

Experience & Expertise

• Senior-level experience (10+ years) in hospitality, hotels, resorts, travel, or F&B sectors
• Leadership roles such as VP, Director, GM, COO, or CEO in hospitality organizations
• Expertise in guest experience, operations, luxury hospitality, technology, branding, or revenue strategy
• Strong industry network and connections

Strategic Skills & Knowledge

• Experience advising hospitality businesses on growth, innovation, or service excellence
• Strong understanding of market trends, digital transformation, and customer expectations
• Ability to provide high-level strategic guidance rather than day-to-day operations.

Advisory & Board Experience (Preferred but Not Required)

• Prior experience serving on boards or advisory committees is a plus
• Comfort with a light advisory commitment (1-2 hours per month)
• Strong communication skills and ability to provide constructive insights
