ABOUT THE ADVISORY BOARD

We're bringing together a curated group of senior leaders to advise at the intersection of growth, capital, and category leadership. This advisory opportunity is tailored for individuals with deep experience scaling platforms, navigating complex funding environments, or helping define the trajectory of standout companies.

Advisors will act as thought partners—not operators—offering strategic perspective on high-leverage decisions as we expand into new markets, verticals, and phases of growth.

Remote-First: We’re a remote-native company, and that extends to our Advisors. Flexibility and autonomy are built into the model.

Time Commitment: This is a lightweight, high-impact role—typically 1–2 hours per month. Our advisory relationships are designed to accommodate the busy schedules of senior executives.

WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR

Industry Expertise

• 10+ years in hospitality, travel, F&B, hotels, or resorts

• Senior leadership experience (VP, GM, COO, CEO, or equivalent)

• Functional depth in guest experience, operations, luxury, branding, or revenue growth

• A strong network and deep understanding of the hospitality ecosystem

Strategic Acumen

• Experience advising or mentoring high-growth companies

• Insight into digital transformation, guest expectations, and global market shifts

• Ability to guide at a strategic level—this is not an operational role

Bonus Experience

• Prior board or advisory roles

• Excellent communication and constructive feedback skills

• Comfort with low-frequency, high-impact engagement
