Role Description This is a full-time, on-site ATM Operator role based in Dahej. The ATM Operator is responsible for supporting daily ATM operations, including monitoring ATM performance, ensuring adequate cash levels, and coordinating cash replenishment and collection activities in line with company protocols. The role involves performing basic troubleshooting, reporting technical or security issues, and maintaining accurate records of transactions, cash balances, and service activities. The ATM Operator works closely with internal teams and partner banks to help ensure ATM uptime, customer satisfaction, and adherence to safety and security guidelines. The role also requires following standard operating procedures, complying with regulatory requirements, and supporting periodic audits and inspections.
Qualifications
10th / 12th / B.com
- Ability to manage ATM operations, including cash handling, replenishment coordination, and transaction monitoring.
- Basic technical aptitude to perform first-level troubleshooting and report hardware or connectivity issues promptly.
- Strong attention to detail, record-keeping skills, and familiarity with documentation for cash movement and reconciliation.
- Commitment to safety, security, and compliance with company policies, regulatory standards, and audit requirements.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills to work with internal teams, service providers, and partner banks.
- Ability to work on-site in Vagra, including flexibility for shifts, weekends, or holidays as operationally required.
- Prior experience in cash management, banking operations, or ATM services is an advantage.
- Minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent; additional vocational or technical training related to banking or electronics is beneficial.
