As a Program Manager, we’re looking for a sharp, data-driven operator to lead our Atlys Fulfillment Centre (AFC) function. As the Head of AFC, you’ll be responsible for ensuring our fulfillment operations—across locations—are running seamlessly, efficiently, and in line with Atlys’ high standards of customer experience.

This is a core leadership role that requires operational depth, a strong process mindset, and the ability to collaborate with teams across geographies.


The Job

  • Oversee end-to-end operations from our Corporate Office in Delhi while maintaining visibility across all global AFC locations.
  • Build and maintain dashboards to track sub-process level TATs, performance metrics, and operational bottlenecks.
  • Own daily workflows and SLAs, ensuring promised ETAs are consistently met across teams.
  • Continuously audit and improve processes to reduce inefficiencies, standardize operations, and scale with demand.
  • Implement quality and risk control mechanisms to eliminate errors and ensure compliance with internal and external standards.
  • Travel to AFC locations for audits, performance reviews, and cross-site alignment initiatives.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (CX, Tech, Customer Success) to ensure operational goals align with broader company priorities.
  • Foster a learning culture by extracting insights from data and using them to drive smarter decisions across the function.


The Ideal Candidate

  • 5+ years in fulfillment, control tower, or ops leadership roles with a previous experience setting up or scaling multi-location fulfillment operations with a Startup.
  • Bachelor’s/Master’s in Engineering, Supply Chain, or related field
  • Strong analytical skills; Hands on Experience with Google Sheets (SQL/Python a plus)
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management
  • Comfortable working in fast-paced, high-ownership environments
  • Open to frequent travel across global AFC sites
