We are seeking an enthusiastic and talented ORM (Online Reputation Management) Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in ORM, impeccable communication skills, and hands-on experience managing and improving an organization’s online reputation.


In this role, you will be responsible for monitoring, analyzing, and responding to online reviews and feedback across multiple platforms, ensuring our brand maintains a positive and trustworthy reputation. You will also collaborate closely with our marketing, customer service, and public relations teams to ensure we’re maintaining the best possible public image.


The Job

  • Monitor and manage online reviews, social media mentions, and user-generated content across various platforms.
  • Implement strategies to improve and maintain Atlys’s online reputation.
  • Engage with customers online, responding to reviews, inquiries, and feedback in a timely and professional manner.
  • Work closely with internal teams to identify and resolve customer issues, ensuring positive public sentiment.
  • Develop regular reports and insights on online reputation trends and performance metrics.
  • Stay updated on industry best practices and emerging trends in ORM.
  • Proactively identify opportunities for enhancing Atlys’s reputation and customer satisfaction.
  • Manage ORM tools and software to track and monitor brand mentions and sentiment.


The ideal candidate

  • Proven experience in Online Reputation Management (ORM) or a similar role, preferably in a tech or travel-related industry.
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms, online review sites, and ORM tools.
  • Impeccable communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong analytical skills and experience working with data to identify trends and insights.
  • A customer-focused mindset with a passion for delivering excellent service and creating positive experiences.
  • Hands-on experience with online reputation monitoring, crisis management, and brand positioning.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
