Senior Group Product Manager, Jira Service Management Ops We're looking for a product leader to join our Jira Service Management product team and drive the evolution of our service management offerings. In this role, you'll be responsible for owning the strategic roadmap, defining the product vision, and delivering impactful features that delight our customers. Key Responsibilities: - Lead the strategic planning and execution for the Jira Service Management product suite - Own the product roadmap and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver features that drive user adoption and retention - Represent the voice of the customer and translate business requirements into product specifications - Analyze user feedback, market trends, and competitive intelligence to identify growth opportunities - Effectively communicate with stakeholders, including senior leadership, to align on priorities and secure buy-in - Mentor and develop a high-performing product team Required Skills and Experience: - 8+ years of experience in product management, with a track record of delivering successful B2B SaaS products - Proven ability to define product strategy, roadmaps, and KPIs that drive business impact - Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to turn data into actionable insights - Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence cross-functional teams - Experience with agile methodologies and tools like Jira and Confluence - Familiarity with IT service management (ITSM) and cloud-based collaboration tools - Passionate about creating great user experiences and delighting customers
