Ensures accurate cash counting, checkouts, side work completion, setting of the dining room for next service, tip matrix input, safe reconciliation, and nightly drop
Checks out hourly staff members; reviews tip out and side work
Ensures cleanliness and upkeep of the restaurant
Assists in maintaining par levels of linens
Assists in organizing and moving beverage product in the absence of or in coordination with the Beverage Manager
Takes responsibility for the management of front of house employees in the absence of or in conjunction with the General Manager and Assistant General Manager
Attends and contributes to weekly manager meetings
Makes recommendations to the Company on ways to improve as needed
