Education level:

- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Quality, or a related field, (or equivalent experience).
|

Relevant previous experience:
|
- 5+ years of experience across multiple quality functions in a process‑driven manufacturing environment.
- Hands‑on experience with Quality Management Systems (QMS), inspection methods, and manufacturing quality controls.
- Experience supporting or conducting internal, supplier, product, and component audits, including planning through closure.
- Experience managing quality issues across internal operations, suppliers, and customers, including containment and corrective actions.
- Experience documenting, presenting, and communicating quality information for audits, management reviews, and decision‑making.

Knowledge Areas/Skills
|
- Working knowledge of ISO 9001:2015 and ability to apply requirements to manufacturing, inspection, supplier, and customer processes.
- Proficiency in quality and process improvement tools, including 8D, root cause analysis, CAPA, statistical analysis, and structured problem‑solving methods.
- Understanding of customer‑specific and divisional quality requirements, including PPAP and SESPA deliverables for new products and changes.
- Ability to evaluate and demonstrate process and system effectiveness using objective evidence and data.
- Knowledge of GD&T and technical drawing interpretation.
- Familiarity with statistical analysis
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to clearly communicate technical quality information across cross‑functional teams (e.g., Production, Engineering, Maintenance, Safety, Supply Chain).
