As a Field Service Engineer/ Supervisor-AGA, You will report to Technical Support Manager
Main Responsibilities:
1. Pre-Installation Planning:
Review engineering drawings, P&IDs, and technical specifications of export compressor units.
Coordinate with design, logistics, and customer teams to ensure readiness of site and equipment.
2. Installation Execution:
Mechanical and Electrical/Instrumentation installation of high-pressure compressor systems.Ensure proper mounting, piping, electrical connections, and instrumentation setup.
3. Commissioning Activities:
Develop and execute commissioning protocols including inert gas purging, pressure ramp-up, and functional testing.Monitor system parameters (pressure, temperature, vibration, flow) during startup.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to control systems, interlocks.Ensure system performance meets design criteria and customer expectations.
4. Coordination and back-office documentation/support Activities:
Coordinate various pre and post start up activities with various stakeholders within PC/Division/CC and to end customers as per requirements
Documentation/ Reports for Erection, pre-commissioning, start up, performance testing-FATs, punch point documentation with internal/end customers.
Support PC CTS for various activities to support customer preservations, spare kits creation, availability during breakdown, failures analysis as per guidelines.
Accompany customer FAT witness at PC and support in doing CTS audits and site feedback to improve on quality and improvements.
5. Implement safety procedures for handling high-pressure Air/gases (CNG, CBG, H2, CO₂, N2, other industrial Gases.
Delivered customer training, technical support, and commissioning expertise with strong diagnostics and troubleshooting skills
