The Salesperson will be part of Trident Pneumatics within the AGA Division. Working in field sales, the role requires developing business to achieve monthly targets and defining forecasts in alignment with the AGA Divisional Strategy. The candidate will ensure complete coverage of customers including Dealers, Associates, and OEMs in the assigned territory (Coimbatore), while working independently to deliver results.
Key responsibilities include:
- Meeting existing customers to understand current and future requirements, ensuring full customer share.
- Coordinating closely with dealers and associates to achieve sales objectives and expand distribution channels based on market potential.
- Conducting product presentations for customers and demonstrating strong commercial acumen in terms and conditions.
- Gathering market intelligence and reporting regularly to management on developments, customer feedback, product/service/pricing recommendations, and competitor activities.
- Identifying new customers for the Trident product range and building strong relationships with OEMs, EPC contractors, and consultants to promote Trident Pneumatics.
- Driving market share growth and volume expansion in the assigned territory.
