As a Customer Support Officer, your mission is to Implement Service administration process and to improve sales & operational efficiency with effective
coordination with the Regions, Customers, Service sales team, Logistics, Finance and Product Sales. You will report to National Sales Manager.
You will
- Complete order fulfilment process from order entry to shipment planning/service order input and
invoicing customers in coordination with relative departments to ensure order accomplishment
- Verify sales order / service contract with customer Purchase Order
- Ensure timely input and accuracy of data for order processing, reporting and performance
measurements.
- Track the spare parts delivery schedule and feedback to customer / engineer.
- Dispatch service request to operations & sales departments, track to close and respond to customer's
inquiries.
- Maintain customer & equipment master data.
- To work and analyse installation base of IT products.
- Support in creating monthly cost provisions
- Booking Service Sales Orders, Invoicing in SAP and Spirit Platform
- Provide other ad-hoc reports as and when required
- Handle administration of supplier invoices related to business line
- Be in close contact with sales team, customers and Logistics department
- Organize sales team travel and accommodations
- Follow-up deliveries and invoices to customers - timing and accuracy, initiate shipping based on stock
availability
- Prepare various reports related orders and invoicing
- Be ready to take up new tasks whenever needed
