</div><div><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></div><ul>
<li>Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of commercial pools and spas.</li>
<li>Monitor water chemistry and adjust chemicals as needed to maintain safe levels.</li>
<li>Inspect pool equipment and report any repairs or replacements required.</li>
<li>Ensure compliance with local and state health regulations.</li>
<li>Provide exceptional customer service to clients and address any concerns.</li>
<li>Document maintenance activities and service records accurately.</li>
<li>Maintain a clean and organized work environment.</li>
<li>Assist in training new team members on pool maintenance procedures.</li>
</ul><div><strong>Requirements:</strong></div><ul>
<li>Minimum of 2 years of commercial pool maintenance experience.</li>
<li>Valid Florida Pool/Spa Service Contractor License preferred.</li>
<li>Strong knowledge of pool chemistry and maintenance best practices.</li>
<li>Excellent customer service and communication skills.</li>
<li>Ability to work independently and as part of a team.</li>
<li>Must be detail-oriented and organized.</li>
<li>Physical ability to lift heavy equipment and work outdoors.</li>
<li>Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license required.</li>
