Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru for an Athlete Influencer Marketing and Partnerships Lead. We are looking for a dynamic Influencer & Partnerships Manager to drive brand growth through strategic collaborations, athlete/influencer marketing, and on-ground partnerships within the sports ecosystem.
This role sits at the intersection of marketing, community building, and B2B relationships, and is ideal for someone who understands sports culture and thrives on building strong networks.
Key Responsibilities:1. Influencer & Athlete Marketing- Identify, onboard, and manage sports influencers/athletes across paid, barter, and commission-based collaborations
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with creators and ambassadors
- Execute influencer campaigns aligned with brand goals and product launches
- Track performance metrics (engagement, conversions, ROI) and optimize campaigns
- Negotiate deliverables, pricing, and contracts with influencers
- Build a scalable affiliate/commission-based influencer program
2. Partnerships & Court Relationships- Manage and grow relationships with sports courts, clubs, and partner venues
- Handle end-to-end coordination with partnered courts we sponsor
- Drive product visibility and sales through dealer price sheet partnerships
- Enable partner courts to order, stock, and promote products effectively
- Identify and onboard new partnership opportunities (courts, academies, communities)
- Ensure strong on-ground brand presence through partner networks
3. Relationship & Community Building- Act as the primary point of contact for influencers and partners
- Build a strong sports community ecosystem around the brand
- Maintain regular communication and engagement with all stakeholders
- Gather feedback from influencers and partners to improve products and campaigns
Requirements:
- 1–3+ years experience in influencer marketing, partnerships, or brand collaborations
- Strong interest in sports (preferred: badminton, pickleball, tennis, etc.)
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders simultaneously
- Data-driven mindset with basic understanding of campaign performance metrics
Nice to have:
- Prior experience working with athletes, sports communities, or D2C brands
- Experience in building affiliate or commission-based programs
- Existing network within the sports/influencer ecosystem
