Battery Validation Engineer

As a Battery Validation Engineer at Ather, you will be responsible for testing and validating the battery packs used in our vehicles. Your key responsibilities will include: - Designing and executing test plans to validate the performance, safety, and durability of battery packs - Analyzing test data and generating detailed reports - Collaborating with the R&D and manufacturing teams to identify and resolve issues - Keeping up-to-date with the latest industry standards and regulations - Contributing to the continuous improvement of our battery validation processes
