About the role
The Corporate Development Associate will play a key role in supporting the company's strategic growth initiatives. This Associate will work closely with senior management to evaluate and execute a range of opportunities including technology investments, acquisitions, joint ventures, and strategic partnerships.
Develop and maintain competitive intelligence on key industry players and market trends
Identify and assess potential investment and acquisition opportunities
Develop financial models to assess the merits of potential transactions
Lead due diligence processes collaborating with both external stakeholders and cross functional work teams
Assist in the negotiation and structuring of transaction agreements
Manage the integration process of acquired companies
