Job description

Knowledged in ATE Test Program development, digital characterization test, design and debug of ATE test interface HW (loadboard), releasing cost effective production test solutions into mass production, and test time reduction activities for Digital and Mixed Signal tests.

Knowledged in automated test equipment (ATE) test solutions for design verification of highly integrated System on chips, High end digital, RF receivers / transmitters / transceivers , power management (PMIC), analog and mixed signal ASICs.

7 to 15 years of relevant experience in (Advantest ;93K;SMT7 or SMT8)or (Teradyne;J750,ultraflex, Teradyne;ETS 364)

Location:Chennai/Bangalore

Skills & Knowledge

• Expertise in any of the ATE platforms like T2K, V93000 SMT7, V93000 SMT8, J750, UltraflexPlus or ETS 364 is mandatory.
• Experience with turnkey solutions providing for digital / analog and mixed signal devices on any of the ATE platforms is mandatory.
• Test program development, debug and troubleshooting expertise on any of the above ATE platforms.
• Experience in test time optimization, test production setup , handler / prober interface setup.
• Experience in load board / probe card designs for any of the above ATE platforms is desired.
• Hands on experience with Lab Equipment (Testers, Oscilloscopes, Signal Generators, Logic Analyzers).
• Knowledge of IC Test Methodologies, System Testing and Communication Protocols such as USB, UART, PCIe, I2C, SPI, I2S, DDR etc.
• Good understanding of software programs written in C, C++, C# and able to step through the code if required.
• Able to work comfortably with Windows and Linux Operating systems
• Aware of Semiconductor manufacturing Flows & Post Silicon Test Methodologies for ASIC/SoC.
• Aware of Quality requirements for semiconductor industry.
• Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines. .
• The ideal individual must have proven ability to achieve results in a fast moving, dynamic environment.
• Self-motivated and self-directed, however, must have demonstrated ability to work well with people.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
