We are seeking a skilled
ATE Front-End Engineer to design and develop intuitive, robust, and scalable front-end interfaces for Automated Test Equipment (ATE) systems. The ideal candidate will have strong front-end engineering expertise, the ability to integrate with back-end test frameworks, and experience working with embedded/ATE teams. Knowledge of
backend technologies and
MQTT-based messaging is a strong advantage.
Key Responsibilities
Front-End Development
- Design and develop user-friendly, responsive UI dashboards for ATE systems (e.g., test orchestration, monitoring, results visualization).
- Implement dynamic interfaces for:
- Test configuration and execution
- Real‑time data visualization (signals, logs, telemetry)
- Reporting and analytics
- Build modular, reusable UI components for scalable ATE platforms.
Integration & Back-End Collaboration
- Integrate front-end applications with back-end services via REST APIs, WebSockets, or MQTT.
- Work closely with back-end and test framework teams to define communication models and data formats.
- Implement real-time streaming dashboards for:
- Test progress
- Sensor and actuator simulation results
- System health and status indicators
Automation & Data Handling
- Build tools for:
- Configuration management
- Automated result logging
- Visualization of test results and performance statistics
- Develop UI workflows aligned with ATE processes such as calibration, production testing, and regression test execution.
Performance, Quality & Reliability
- Optimize front-end performance for handling large datasets, real-time updates, and high-frequency test signals.
- Ensure security, usability, and robustness of the UI for both engineering and production environments.
- Collaborate in code reviews, UI/UX improvements, and design documentation.

Work Experience
Required Skills & Qualifications
Technical Skills
- Bachelor's/Master’s degree in Computer Science, Electronics, or related fields.
- Strong front-end development experience with:
- React, Angular, or Vue
- HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript/TypeScript
- Experience in:
- REST API integration
- WebSockets or streaming data interfaces
- Dashboard and visualization libraries (e.g., Chart.js, D3.js, Plotly)
- Familiarity with source control (Git), CI/CD, and automated build workflows.
Good To Have (Preferred)
- Knowledge of MQTT and message broker systems for real-time communication.
- Understanding of back-end test frameworks (Python, Node.js, or similar).
- Experience with embedded/ATE workflows, hardware-in-the-loop setups, or industrial test systems.
- Familiarity with:
- Data logging pipelines
- Test results database structures
- Web security best practices
Soft Skills
- Strong collaboration with embedded/ATE/validation teams.
- Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills.
- Ability to work in fast-paced development cycles and handle evolving requirements.
- Clear communication and documentation abilities.
Preferred Experience
- Experience in industrial automation, automotive, IoT, or embedded product validation.
- Prior involvement in UI development for engineering tools or test equipment.
- Exposure to cloud dashboards, lightweight protocols, or distributed test systems.
