UX / UI Designer (Work From Office - Chennai)

UX/UI Designer Key Responsibilities: - Collaborate with senior designers and cross-functional teams to understand project goals and user requirements. - Assist in conducting user research to inform product design decisions. - Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs to communicate design concepts. - Work on both user interface (UI) and user experience (UX) design, ensuring a seamless and intuitive experience across digital products. - Stay abreast of industry trends, design tools, and best practices in UI/UX and product design. - Support the team in usability testing, feedback gathering, and iterating on designs. - Contribute to the overall design process, participate in design reviews, and help refine our design systems. Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as UI/UX design, product design, graphic design, or a related discipline. - A strong portfolio showcasing 1-2 years of projects or coursework related to UI/UX and product design. - Familiarity with design tools such as Sketch, Adobe XD, Figma, or similar. - Basic understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices. - Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills. - Eagerness to learn, adapt, and grow in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
