About the role

Summary

We’re looking for a forward-thinking creative with serious UX/UI chops, deep Figma fluency (auto layout included), and the courage to challenge what great looks like across industries. You’ll design conversion-first websites and build smart, scalable brand collateral for growth-minded companies. If you’re energized by structure, obsessed with user behavior, and not afraid to leverage AI in your workflow — this might be your seat.

Core Responsibilities

  • Design clean, high-converting websites, landing pages, and digital assets across industries
  • Build organized, scalable Figma files with smart auto layout and component logic
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with strategists, developers, and marketers
  • Push design systems forward while adhering to (or evolving) brand guidelines
  • Bring clarity to chaos — translating messy ideas into polished, user-first interfaces
  • Leverage AI tools (like Midjourney, Framer AI, ChatGPT, etc.) to move faster and smarter

Requirements

  • Have 3–5+ years of experience in digital design (agency preferred)
  • Know Figma inside and out — including component systems, auto layout, and prototypes
  • Understand responsive web design and best practices for performance + accessibility
  • Can design for both aesthetics and outcomes — you’re just as comfortable in data as in Dribbble
  • Embrace feedback, refine fast, and obsess over polish
  • Stay hungry. Stay kind. Stay sharp

Bonus Points If You:

  • Have experience with motion (Lottie, After Effects, etc.)
  • Know your way around Framer or Webflow
  • Can sketch wireframes, write microcopy, or build light design systems
  • Speak development — not fluently, but enough to collaborate with devs
