Job Summary
- Execute and Co-ordinate CAE tasks and projects related to Restraint System Simulation.
- Should be a team player.
- Take responsibility and ownership of the deliverables.

- To work on meshing and analysis projects with minimum help from account in-charge.
- Quality and timely delivery of the tasks and projects.
- Should learn new tools to execute different tasks.
Deliverables
- Should be proficient in Hyperworks, LS Dyna, and Primer.
- Should possess good communication skills.
- Should take responsibility and ownership of the project deliveries.
- Should be able to support and work with the team.
- Should be keen to learn/explore new methods/processes.
- Should adapt to changing business scenarios and should be able to work in shifts.
Tasks and Responsibilities
Core Responsibilities and Activities
- Responsible to have accountability in terms of efficiency and performance.
- Able to understand the scope of work and execute it within the expected due date.
- Responsible for the quality of deliverables of meshing and analysis projects.
- Train the subordinates and provide the required knowledge transfer within the team.
- Should take ownership of the tasks assigned.
- Should get stage-wise reviews completed for projects/tasks with the account manager.
Other Responsibilities
- Any additional qualifications are an added advantage.
- Programming skills for automation are desirable.
- Must understand the company’s policies, ethics, and culture.
Role Requirements
Functional Competencies
- Experience in Automotive Safety is desirable.
- Product knowledge of Seat belts and airbags with understanding of functioning and application is preferred.
- Expertise in Hyperworks (HM, HG, HV), Primer, and LS-Dyna.
- Working knowledge of LS-Post, Animator, and Meta is an added advantage.
- Knowledge of NCAPs and Restraint System Model setup (dummy positioning, seat squash, belt routing) is most preferred.
- Madymo & Pamcrash experience is an added advantage.

Education
- Bachelor’s in Engineering or Master’s in Engineering in Mechanical or Automobile.
Previous Experience
- At least 2 – 6 years of working experience in Auto / Auto Ancillary / Engineering Services.
