- Experience required: 1 to 4 years.
- Should possess strong fundamentals, good analytical ability, and engineering basics.
- Should be proficient with pre-processors like HyperWorks, LS-PrePost, ESI Tools, and Primer.
- Should possess experience in Abaqus (Implicit and Explicit) Analysis, LS-Dyna (Basic), and/or Pam-Crash (Basic).
- Take responsibility and ownership of self-deliverables and support team activities.
- Should be able to perform conclusive analysis of test and simulation results and provide improvements.
- Should ensure quality and timely delivery of tasks and projects.
- Should learn and create new methods to execute different tasks and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Must possess good communication skills and should be a good team player.
- Should be keen to learn/explore new methods/processes and be a quick learner.
- Should adapt to changing business scenarios and be able to work in shifts.
- Knowledge of ANSA and Visual Crash is an added advantage.
- Knowledge and experience in Airbag simulation activities and Airbag products is also an added advantage.
- Any relevant additional qualifications/certifications are an added advantage.
