Lead Cybersecurity – Vulnerability Incident Prevention & Research
We are looking for a seasoned cybersecurity leader to drive 24x7 vulnerability intelligence, prevention, and research. This role focuses on identifying emerging threats, assessing enterprise exposure, and partnering with cross-functional teams to prioritize and drive remediation.

Key Responsibilities
Monitor and analyze the cybersecurity threat landscape with flexibility for shift-based and on-call coverage.
Conduct vulnerability assessments across systems, networks, and applications.
Evaluate risk based on severity, exploitability, and business impact.
Drive mitigation and remediation in partnership with cross-functional teams.
Review and respond to internal threat intelligence alerts.
Maintain clear reporting and documentation of findings and remediation status.
Required Skills
12+ years of experience using threat intelligence to prioritize remediation.
8+ years of experience in vulnerability management technologies, processes, and programs.
Hands-on experience with Nessus, Qualys, and OpenVAS.
Experience with attack surface assessment tools such as Tenable, Xpanse, and Censys.
Working knowledge of cloud security and web application security testing.
Strong understanding of network protocols, operating systems, and security frameworks.
Preferred Qualifications
CISSP, CCSP, or equivalent certifications.
Exposure to AI/ML applications in cybersecurity, including anomaly detection, threat hunting, behavioral analytics, or risk scoring.
Experience with AI-enabled security tools such as Copilot for Security, Darktrace, CrowdStrike Charlotte AI, or LLM-based workflows.
Awareness of LLM safety, prompt engineering, AI governance frameworks, and AI-driven risks in enterprise environments.
Interest in using GenAI for alert summarization, reporting, and incident triage automation.
Additional Information
Flexibility to support US morning hours when required and participate in weekend on-call coverage.
