Senior Social Media Manager - Luxury

The Role

We are looking for a Senior Social Media Manager who can lead strategy, manage high profile clients, and personally create content. You will ideate, direct, and produce social content that meets luxury standards, while driving the performance and growth of our clients’ digital presence.

This role demands a multi skilled operator who can think strategically, execute creatively, and deliver consistently.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead social media strategy for luxury, lifestyle, hospitality, and government accounts

• Build content calendars, campaign concepts, and visual directions

• Create content yourself, including writing captions, shooting short form videos, crafting stories, and producing day to day posts

• Direct and support photo and video shoots with creative and production teams

• Manage daily publishing, community management, and platform optimization

• Oversee Arabic and English copywriting to ensure luxury tone and brand alignment

• Lead influencer collaborations, paid activations, and strategic partnerships

• Analyze performance metrics and recommend optimizations

• Present strategy, ideas, and reports to clients with clarity and confidence

• Guide, mentor, and elevate junior team members

What You Bring

• Five to seven years of social media experience for luxury, lifestyle, fashion, beauty, hospitality, or agency clients

• Strong content creation ability: shooting, editing short form content, writing, and concepting

• Excellent English and Arabic writing skills

• Experience directing and producing content shoots

• Strong understanding of luxury digital behavior and visual standards

• Ability to manage multiple accounts with precision and quality

• Confident client communication and presentation skills

• Organized, proactive, and comfortable working in fast paced environments, long hours when needed and under pressure
