Role Description
We are seeking an experienced Assistant Manager or Senior Executive for our Sales and Marketing team in the Solar Modules division. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Noida. Key responsibilities include developing and executing sales strategies, managing client relationships, preparing and analyzing sales reports, coordinating with various teams, promoting products, and contributing to overall marketing initiatives. The candidate will also be responsible for supporting executive-level decision-making through efficient administrative and communication tasks.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Executive Administrative Assistance, Administrative Assistance, and organizing workflows
- Proficiency in preparing Expense Reports and providing seamless Executive Support
- Excellent Communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across teams and engage with stakeholders effectively
- Knowledge of the solar or renewable energy industry will be an advantage
- Proficiency in using enterprise software systems (e.g., SAP) is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
