Role Description
We are seeking an Astronomy Teacher for a full-time, on-site position based in Dwarka. The Astronomy Teacher will be responsible for planning and delivering astronomy and space science lessons, engaging and inspiring students of various age groups. Responsibilities include creating lesson plans, conducting educational workshops, organizing hands-on astronomy activities, and delivering training programs. The role also involves promoting an interest in scientific exploration and fostering a scientific temperament among students.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Lesson Planning and Education
- Experience in Communication and Teaching
- Proficiency in Training and facilitating interactive sessions
- Effective organizational and classroom management abilities
- Passion for astronomy and space sciences with a commitment to spreading scientific knowledge
- Degree in Education, Astronomy, Physics, or a related field is preferred
- Previous experience teaching or conducting educational workshops is advantageous
