Role Description This is a full-time remote role for an Astrologer at Kundlivala. The Astrologer will provide online consultations to clients via app and web platforms, offering guidance on life decisions, relationships, career, finances, and personal growth using established spiritual practices. Daily tasks include analyzing birth charts, preparing reports, conducting live chat or audio/video sessions, and responding to client queries with clear, empathetic communication. The role also involves maintaining accurate client records, adhering to platform policies, upholding high standards of professionalism and confidentiality, and contributing to customer satisfaction through timely and respectful service. The Astrologer may also create brief written or recorded content to educate users and support platform engagement.
Qualifications
- Strong proficiency in Astrology, with the ability to interpret birth charts and planetary positions for practical, ethical guidance.
- Advanced skills in Numerology for analyzing names, dates, and patterns to support personalized recommendations.
- Demonstrated expertise in Palmistry for reading and interpreting hand lines and shapes as part of holistic consultations.
- Experience with Tarot reading and related divination methods to provide insightful, responsible guidance.
- Psychic or intuitive abilities that complement structured spiritual practices, applied with care and integrity.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and/or additional languages, with a calm, respectful approach to clients.
- Comfort using mobile apps, web platforms, and basic digital tools to manage online consultations and schedules.
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting, manage time effectively, and handle a consistent flow of sessions.
- Prior experience providing spiritual or counseling services online or in person is highly beneficial.
- Relevant training, certifications, or documented practice in astrology or other spiritual disciplines are an advantage.
