Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Astrologer role based in the Pune District. The Astrologer will conduct in-person consultations for clients, analyzing birth charts, planetary positions, and other astrological indicators to offer practical and ethical guidance. Daily responsibilities include recommending suitable gemstones or spiritual products, explaining their benefits clearly, and aligning suggestions with clients’ needs and beliefs. The role also involves maintaining accurate consultation records, following company protocols, and collaborating with sales and customer service teams to ensure a welcoming and trustworthy client experience. The Astrologer may support in-store events, educational sessions, and content creation related to astrology and spiritual wellness.
Qualifications
- Strong foundational skills in Astrology, with the ability to interpret charts and provide clear, responsible guidance.
- Proficiency or working knowledge in complementary modalities such as Vedic Astrology to offer holistic consultations.
- Formal training, certification, or documented practice in astrology or related spiritual disciplines is preferred.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts in simple language.
- High ethical standards, client confidentiality, and a non-judgmental, inclusive approach to diverse clients.
- Comfort working in a retail or customer-facing environment and collaborating with sales teams.
