Job Responsibilities

We are looking for a highly motivated and creative Senior Associate to join our dynamic content team. This role requires a proactive individual who thrives in fast-paced environments, excels at multitasking, and is passionate about unscripted and live entertainment formats. The successful candidate will support the project management and execution of weekly shows, content initiatives, and creative campaigns across TV and digital platforms.

What You Will Do

• Manage end-to-end production of unscripted and live shows, including planning, scheduling, execution, and follow-ups.
• Develop clear action plans, timelines, and trackers to ensure smooth project delivery and alignment with content strategy.
• Take charge of project documentation including meeting minutes, status reports, and post-mortem reviews.
• Build compelling decks for internal alignment, client presentations, and campaign proposals.
• Work closely with production teams to ensure timely and high-quality execution of content aligned with creative vision and KPIs.
• Generate innovative ideas and contribute creatively to weekly content plans and audience engagement strategies.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest content, pop culture, and entertainment trends, and regularly share insights with the wider team.
• Assist in coordinating talent (KOLs/celebrities), clients, and internal teams to ensure alignment across marketing and brand campaigns.
• Help oversee 360° marketing activations and content extensions for assigned IPs and campaigns.
  
  

Requirements

Who you are:

• Minimum 3–5 years’ experience in media, content production, or entertainment.
• Strong project management skills, with proven ability to lead multiple timelines and deliverables simultaneously.
• Detail-oriented with excellent documentation, writing, and presentation-building skills.
• Creative thinker who’s resourceful, solutions-oriented, and calm under pressure.
• Excellent communication and team collaboration skills.
• Familiar with talent/client liaison, content marketing, and production workflow.
• Strong awareness of current pop culture, youth trends, and audience behavior
