Talent Acquisition Sourcing Specialist

As a Talent Acquisition Sourcing Specialist, you will be responsible for sourcing high-quality candidates for a variety of roles across AstraZeneca. You will use a range of techniques to identify and engage diverse, passive talent pools, building a strong talent pipeline to support our ambitious growth plans. You will collaborate closely with the Talent Acquisition team and hiring managers to understand their requirements and design bespoke sourcing strategies to meet their needs.
