About the role

Roles and Responsibilities: 1.Strategic Coordination and Leadership Support Act as a trusted advisor to the MD Director, ensuring alignment of priorities and initiatives. Own and manage Management Information System (MIS) for MD by gathering, processing, storing, and disseminating information to support the team's planning, control, and operational functions by transforming raw data into actionable insights for decision-making by the Departmental leadership. Coordinate, prepare, and track operational and leadership presentations/materials, reports, metrics, and analytics for MD to support management decision-making Manage follow-ups on Department LT action items and reciprocal actions. Track and drive the execution of departmental Objectives and Key Results (OKRs) and scorecards. Serve as a liaison between the MD leadership and Department Operations Director, ensuring effective communication and alignment. 2.Governance and Operational Excellence Oversee MD Services' governance processes, ensuring adherence to internal policies, compliance, and decision-making frameworks. Manage and track headcount (workforce) planning (MTP), hiring progress, and resource allocation across service lines Identify, design, and implement operational efficiency programs, department strategies, policies, and workflows to enable efficient, compliant delivery across MD service lines 3.Financial Management Partner with finance teams, Department Operations Director to oversee the department's budget planning, forecasting, and tracking. Represent the MD team in relevant forums and support in the accurate and timely completion of MTP and RBU by providing accurate data and insights, collaborating with the Department Operations Director, MD leadership, business stakeholders, the Finance team, and the Service Design team as needed. Work closely with the Service Design team to communicate recharges to Finance and business stakeholders. Provide regular updates on financial performance, including variance reports and cost management insights. Ensure alignment of financial resources with department priorities and projects. Maintain appropriate documentation, centralized dashboards, and other tools to improve visibility, transparency, and facilitate easy decision-making. Define and manage Pricing for MD Services 4. Portfolio and Program Management Oversee the portfolio of MD projects, ensuring alignment with strategic goals. Establish and maintain a centralized view of ongoing initiatives, timelines, risks, and interdependencies. Ensure business cases are accurate and up to date; maintain them and implement updates with support from the Service Design team and MD leadership. Provide project oversight and ensure the timely delivery of milestones and objectives. 5. Communication and Reporting Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and presentations to provide visibility into department performance and metrics. Coordinate and prepare executive-level briefings, reports, and updates. Ensure consistent and transparent communication across the department. 8. Risk Management and Issue Resolution Identify potential risks or bottlenecks in MD operations and provide proactive solutions, including business continuity. Serve as a point of escalation for urgent issues requiring cross-functional coordination.
