About the role

Recruitment and Onboarding:

  • Assist in the recruitment process, including job posting, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and conducting initial phone interviews.
  • Prepare onboarding materials and assist in the orientation process for new hires.

Employee Records Management:

  • Maintain and update employee records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Assist in the preparation and maintenance of HR reports and documentation.

Payroll and Benefits Administration:

  • Support payroll processing by gathering and verifying timesheets and attendance records.
  • Assist with benefits administration, including enrollment, changes, and answering employee inquiries.

HR Policies and Compliance:

  • Assist in the implementation and communication of HR policies and procedures.
  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.

Employee Relations:

  • Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries and provide timely and accurate information.
  • Support employee engagement activities and company events.

General Support:

  • Provide administrative support to the team, including filing, data entry, and managing email communications.
  • Assist in various projects and initiatives as needed.
