The Opportunity

As a New Business Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional service and operational excellence within a dynamic life insurance environment. You will be responsible for ensuring the accurate and timely processing of new business applications and policy updates by liaising effectively with financial advisers, customers, underwriters, and external service providers.


Your key accountabilities include managing end-to-end policy issuance, verifying documentation, preparing offer terms, and ensuring compliance with internal and external standards. Strong communication skills are essential, as you will regularly update advisers, resolve queries, and follow up on pending business—particularly for high-value propositions. You will also contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, support team training, and maintain a customer-first approach to service delivery.


This role requires a collaborative mindset, attention to detail, and the ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines. You will be a key contributor to the success of the Key Relationships and New Business Team, fostering strong internal and external relationships while upholding compliance, confidentiality, and health and safety standards. Your commitment to quality service and operational efficiency will help drive team success and enhance the overall customer experience.
