Roles & Responsibilities We're looking for an Operations Executive who will support day-to-day delivery operations and manage data reporting tasks. Track performance, plan rider rosters, and ensure smooth last-mile operations across zones. Monitor daily order volumes and rider flow across different zones and flag any delays or mismatches. Maintain and update operational dashboards and trackers using Excel or Google Sheets. Prepare reports for key metrics like SLA, turnaround time (TAT), rider utilization, and cost per delivery. Create and manage rider shift plans/rosters based on zone performance and demand. Support in tracking issues like delayed orders, pharmacy-level concerns, or rider availability problems. Coordinate with delivery teams and provide timely updates to ensure smooth handovers and escalations. Assist in improving processes by sharing data insights and helping streamline recurring issues. Desired Candidate Profile Data analysis & dashboard creation (Excel – Pivot Tables, XLOOKUP, INDEX-MATCH, IF+AND/OR, Charts, etc.) Strong operational planning and execution Understanding of last-mile logistics and zone-level delivery models Time management and ability to handle pressure Willingness to learn and take ownership of tasks
