Responsibilities: Review and verify insurance claim forms for accuracy and completeness. Research patient eligibility and treatment coverage under specific insurance plans. Process and submit verified insurance claims using an electronic system. Interpret insurance policies and apply them to claims review. Update and manage policy forms and claims data, notifying stakeholders of any changes. Stay updated on medical insurance laws at local, state, and federal levels. Ensure compliance with medical privacy laws when discussing patient information. Collaborate with physicians, healthcare managers, and insurance agency staff. Maintain proficiency in MS Excel and support data-related tasks. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field: BDS, BPT, MPT, BHMS, BUMS, or BAMS. Prior experience in health insurance and Third-Party Administrator (TPA) processes. Strong understanding of TPA claims procedures and healthcare insurance policies. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in MS Excel and data management. Ability to handle sensitive patient information with confidentiality and integrity.
