Licensed Bilingual Insurance Specialist

As a Licensed Bilingual Insurance Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our policyholders. This includes assisting with policy changes, claims processing, and answering general inquiries. You will also be responsible for accurately documenting all customer interactions and maintaining detailed records. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, are essential in this role, as you will be interacting with customers on a daily basis. Additionally, you must have a valid insurance license and be fluent in both English and Spanish.
