About the role

Assurant customer service teams are where the human and technology elements of our business come together most visibly. This is an entry-level role where you'll be the face of the company, interacting with Assurant policyholders over the phone, through chat, or via website and email. You'll answer customer questions about their policies or claims status, ensure all policyholder information is up to date, and provide an efficient customer experience that makes people glad they chose Assurant. Our customer service employees are a critical part of our organization, which is why we implemented a $15/hour minimum wage for all Assurant employees in 2021. We know how important good customer service is, and we're looking for new team members who can help provide it.
