Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Assistant Training Manager, based in Bengaluru. In this role, the Assistant Training Manager will be responsible for designing, implementing, and evaluating training programs to enhance staff performance and ensure consistent service quality. Key responsibilities include conducting training sessions, developing learning materials, assessing employee skill levels, and providing personalized coaching to meet organizational objectives. The Assistant Training Manager will work closely with department heads to identify training needs and support talent development across teams.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in designing and delivering effective training programs
- Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Attention to detail and ability to assess training outcomes
- Experience in hospitality or service industry training is preferred
- Proficiency with training tools, learning management systems (LMS), and Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to mentor and coach team members effectively
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, Education, or related field; certifications in training or hospitality operations are a plus
