Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Assistant Showroom Manager located in Bangalore Rural. The appointed candidate will assist in daily operations of the showroom, manage staff activities, oversee customer interactions, and ensure excellent customer satisfaction and experience. The role involves supervising sales strategies, maintaining the showroom's presentation, and driving the achievement of sales goals while upholding brand standards.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Customer Satisfaction, Customer Service, and Customer Experience management
- Proven ability in Sales and achieving sales targets
- Familiarity with managing and operating in Showrooms
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage team operations effectively
- Experience in the jewelry or luxury retail space is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is preferred but not mandatory
