As a Asst service Manager, working in heavy machine division.Daily site allocation to service engineer. Co-ordinator with Customer and service engineer.
Maintained and looking after overhaul maintenance activities of construction equipments like, Crawlwer crane, Truck mounted Cranes, RT cranes and Pilling rig.
Responsible for warranty parts and Return to plant.
Keep track of all equipment in territory for Preventive maintenance as well support on priority to breakdown issues.
Interaction with customers/Machine operators for Preventive maintenance of equipments & educate them about importance of trouble free operations.
