Job Title: Assistant Senior Tutor Manager

Key Responsibilities
Team Management & Leadership
● Manage, mentor, and evaluate tutor teams with clear performance metrics.
● Drive tutor engagement, productivity, and retention.
● Lead larger teams, improve academic processes, and support tutor onboarding and training.
Parent Communication & Engagement
● Act as the primary point of contact for parents for academic updates, feedback, and concerns.
● Conduct regular parent review calls to discuss student progress and learning outcomes.
● Handle escalations professionally to maintain high parent satisfaction.
Student Academic Performance & Improvement
● Track student performance, assessments, and attendance data.
● Identify learning gaps and work with tutors to implement structured improvement plans.
● Drive measurable improvement in student marks and overall academic outcomes.
Tutor Delivery & Academic Quality
● Monitor live and recorded online tutor sessions to ensure quality delivery and curriculum alignment.
● Provide regular feedback, coaching, and academic guidance to tutors.
● Ensure adherence to teaching standards and performance benchmarks.
Online Class Operations
● Manage end-to-end online class operations including scheduling, rescheduling, attendance tracking, and session continuity.
● Ensure smooth delivery of live online classes with minimal technical or operational disruptions.
● Coordinate with internal teams to resolve platform, scheduling, or tutor-related issues.

● Strong experience managing online tutoring or academic operations
● Excellent communication and parent-facing skills
● Proven people management and leadership experience

● Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and handle escalations
