Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Kolkata for an Assistant Sales Manager. In this role, you will lead a team of sales executives to meet and exceed sales targets, build relationships with high-value clients, and provide exceptional customer service. You will oversee sales operations, design strategies to increase revenue, and ensure a superior customer experience. Additionally, you will collaborate with the marketing and service teams to identify opportunities for growth and customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Sales and Negotiation skills, with a proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets
- Customer Relationship Management with a focus on delivering outstanding customer service
- Team Leadership and Management experience to drive and inspire sales teams
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for engaging with high-value clientele
- Organizational and Analytical skills for structuring sales strategies and analyzing market trends
- Knowledge of the automotive sector, preferably with luxury vehicles
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- Proficiency in using CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite
- Flexibility to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Experience in a customer-facing role in the automobile or luxury retail industry is an advantage
