Role Description
This is an on-site, full-time position based in Mumbai for an Assistant Restaurant Manager. The Assistant Restaurant Manager will oversee the daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction, managing staff hiring and training, monitoring food and beverage quality, and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations. Key responsibilities also include managing inventory, coordinating employee schedules, and handling customer inquiries to ensure smooth and efficient operations. Should be willing to travel for projects .
Qualifications
- Strong expertise in Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction to ensure guest experiences exceed expectations
- Experience in Hiring and team management to build and lead an efficient team
- Effective Communication skills for interaction with staff, customers, and vendors
- Proficiency in Food & Beverage handling, service standards, and quality control
- Ability to manage daily operations, inventory, and staff schedules efficiently
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations in the hospitality industry
- Prior experience in a managerial position within the food and beverage or hospitality sector is a plus
- Bachelor's degree or diploma in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
